We had an amazing room and the staff was wonderful. Our stay lasted 8 days. Everything was clean, and if we needed anything, it was handed right to us without question. If we had trash, we would leave the bag outside the room without fail it was gone. We will definitely stay here again anytime we travel to this area again.

We have been to this location more than once. And have really enjoyed our stay. The purpose of our trip to WI was not only to relax, get away from home (Chicago) but mainly to explore and discover new horizons with the intention to research/seek other career opportunities and family friendly areas we can potentially relocate to. Cost of living in Chicago has taken a great toll on my family and me. Let alone work wages have a lot to do with that situation, which has been impacting my families overall stability. Therefore, coming to places such as Polynesian Hotel Wisconsin Dells, communicating with their staff, and WI community has been helpful. My kids and I are looking forward to future visits at Polynesian Hotel Wisconsin Dells. As a family of three, I recommend the Presidential Suite! There is privacy, ample space, quiet as usual, and the fully stocked (silverware, cookingware, dishwasher, essentials, etc) kitchenette was cute and perfect!

I’m going to start by saying there were 5 in our party, we had a double queen with pull out sofa. The set up was perfect. The beds were SOOO comfortable!!! Noah’s Ark tickets were a great bonus!! You can definitely see the progress on the renovation. We had a great time and we will be back. Great place for the price.

The location is perfect! Near everything but off the main strip. Very clean and we were so surprised by how nice everything is even though the outdoor waterpark is under construction. The staff is so nice and friendly they make you feel like family!

Kitchen is always great especially with children..bed is very comfortable. Staff are attentive & helpful. Loved my Balcony view looking over Outside Swimming pools. The Waterfall was excellent in the pool..One complaint Outside Swimming pool waters were freezing could not uses felt like Ice. Otherwise everything was great.
